Direct deposit or electronic fund transfer (EFT) means money goes straight into your bank account — no paper checks, no waiting. By signing up for this option, you can choose to get your claim payments directly deposited to your account, quickly and safely. Enroll with Provider Tools.
The requirements for new EFT enrollments have changed. Now only a copy of a voided check will be needed to verify the banking information. If you’re already enrolled in EFT, no action is needed.
To enroll, log in to Provider Tools and select EFT and ERA. If you have more than one practice location under a TIN, you’ll need to enroll separately for each location.
Here’s how it works:
Enroll
After you enroll, we electronically deposit claim payments from Delta Dental into the bank account provided during enrollment.
Receive notices
You’ll receive an email notification from us when a new payment has been deposited.
View claim details
At about the same time, we’ll electronically send your claim payment details to My Documents.
Reconcile
To easily reconcile your payments, log in at deltadentalins.com and select My Payments.
To choose convenience with direct deposit, enroll with Provider Tools.
